A gentle class designed for mums and their little bub. Get stronger while deepening the connection with your baby. We’re still Chilis, so a good playlist is guaranteed, always safe and soothing for your baby.
- Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to 14 months.
Sweat class
Pilates with a little extra spice. We add equipment, turn up the playlist and put your heart rate to the test. You might hate me just a little sometimes, but you will always walk out feeling stronger!

Every month we turn up the fun with a special playlist theme. From 90s/00s bangers to Dutch hits, we move, groove and maybe even sing along. Because at Chilis, the playlist is part of the workout!
